Our Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Our high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. It builds stamina, improves coordination and flexibility, and burns calories as you build lean muscle with our fun and challenging workout.
Our experienced instructors lead our classes through choreographed movements of punches, kicks, and strikes set to upbeat music. Cardio kickboxing combinations are a mix of punches like hooks, uppercuts and elbow strikes.
Classes Are 1 Hour
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am
Monday and Wednesday - 5:30pm
Saturday 7:45am
Jumping Castle Birthday parties are available. Tables and chairs are provided, along with 3 commercial castles. We do the cleanup after your party, you have the fun!

Extreme Workout
Our extreme workout is a very high intensity interval training that works the entire body.
Our high Intensity Interval Training involves alternating between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise.
It allows you to exercise at very high intensities for a much longer period of time than steady state, so you burn more fat, and as an added bonus, there’s also an after burn effect known as EPOC (excess-post exercise oxygen consumption). You increase your metabolism and burn more calories for up to 24 hours after interval training, whereas going for a jog burns almost NO calories after.

The Karate style we teach at Lee’s Karate and Cardio Kickboxing is a traditional Okinawan Style of Karate, named Okinawan Shuri-ryu Karate-Do. It specializes in the methods of blocking, punching, kicking, striking, and breathing as forms of self-defense.
In addition to the punches, blocks, and kicks of Karate, Shuri-ryu also incorporates joint locks, take-downs, throws, and Kobudo.
Shuri Ryu Karate was developed by O’Sensei, Robert Trias (1923-1989), he was the first person to teach Karate in the United States, and opened the first dojo in Phoenix, Arizona in 1946.
